EAA /Girsan MC9 optic series raises the bar. MC9 Optic Pistols have the features and quality you want, in a sleek light ergonomic package; equipped with interchangeable backstraps, Far-Dot™ optics, picatinny rail and built-in trigger safety or frame safety on a high strength polymer frame with a machined steel slide. MC9 pistols are standard with EAA’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.

*Please document and retain the serial number of the gun for your records.*

If the gun is a used handgun and the owner is not the original owner, then the factory warranty is no longer valid. EAA will still service the used handgun, but there will be an estimate for the repair. The service tech(s) will not begin repair work until the customer has been notified with an estimate for the repair.

 

LONG GUNS

If it is a long gun and is owned by the original owner, the gun can be sent to EAA for repair. This will require that the gun to be returned to our service department at:

Please include all contact information including your phone number in letter form and a copy of the purchase receipt.

*Please document the serial number of the gun for your records. Some long guns only have a 1 year warranty.*

RETURN SHIPPING

A) Handguns: If sent via A FFL Dealer, return freight is $20 and shipped via USPS. If not sent via an FFL holder, return freight is $60, shipped via UPS next day air. (This is the law)
B) Long Guns: Return freight is $20, shipped via UPS ground.
C) For the fastest return of your firearm: It is recommended that you include your email and billing address with your firearm when you ship it in for repair. This will help to expedite the return shipping process. If the information is not included along with your firearm, EAA Corp. service department will call to receive payment prior to return shipment.

    Great pistol, a bit heavy trigger. Only one magazine was a bummer, especially now that I really like the pistol. Lack of accessories is tough too.

    Red dot is difficult to sight in. No co-witness capability. Shoots fine. No hiccups. I wish they made a traditional replacement rear sight as it is currently imbedded in the red dot.

    I have the standard MC9 (no red dot or other optics). It shoots and handles very well. How difficult is it to add a red dot optic after market?

    Outstanding Gun it shoots very well and accurate I purchase thus because I own a EAA WITNESS 45 for over 15 years and never had a problem with it so this was a no brainer. Just put a better optic on and go to work

    This pistol shoots great! Very accurate. It feeds anything I throw at it. So far, I’ve put about 500 rounds of various manufacturers and round styles through it (cleaned only once) and it has yet to mis-feed or give me a problem of any kind. Recoil is pretty minor compared to other 9mm I’ve shot. It just feels GOOD. While I was unsure when I first bought this as I wasn’t familiar with Girsan (I just saw it on display at a local gun shop), I’m very pleased with my purchase. The ONLY negative (other than a complete lack of after market accessories) I have on this gun is that the optics that come with it worked for about 3 shots, then died. I thought it might be the battery so I replaced the battery with the same result. It worked for about 3 shots then died. Yes, I could have gone back to EAA about it and I assume they would have taken care of me, but I was headed to the range and wanted SOMETHING immediately. I put on a Romeo Zero and it works great. For the price of this gun (I got it way below what’s posted on here) I wasn’t overly upset about the optics, but they definitely could have been better…or at least functional. You can use the integrated iron sites on the optic if you wish too (I did like THAT about the optics). So, not perfect but still, very pleased with this gun and would buy it again. If you’re thinking about it and can get a good deal, go for it. Even my gun nut Glock and S&W fan boy buddies like this and admit, it’s a great gun.
