1.) Where can I get extra chokes tubes for my Baikal shotgun?
We have in stock: CYL, IC ,Mod, Full, IM Mod, Mod Steel, Full Steel, X-Full Steel,

2) Will my Baikal shotgun shoot steel shot?
All Baikal shotguns are steel shot rated. You must have the proper screw choke tubes for steel
shot. Call Customer Service at 321-639-4842.
3) Can I convert my 9mm Witness to 45ACP?
A) Steel frame 9mm or 40sw Witness pistols can only be converted to 9mm or 40sw or
22lr
B) Steel frame 38super, 45acp, 10mm can be converted to: 9mm, 40sw, 38super, 45acp,
10mm or 22lr
C) Any Witness P can be converted to 9mm, 40sw, 45acp, 38 super
D) Any Witness PS can be converted to 9mm, 40sw or 22lr
E) Any Witness PC can be converted to 9mm, 40sw or 22lr
F) If you are unsure of which conversion unit you need, please call our Customer
Service Department. You will need your firearm’s serial number to proceed. This will
ensure accuracy.
4) Where can I get Witness magazines?
Call 321-639-4842 to order by phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. You can also
visit www.EAACorp.com to order online. You will be asked to provide your serial number
before placing your order.
5) Where do I send my gun back for service?
EAA only services guns imported by EAA
**YOU MUST REVIEW LOCAL AND FEDERAL LAWS REGARDING THE OWNERSHIP AND TRANSFER OF YOUR FIREARM WITHIN YOUR STATE, PRIOR TO SHIPPING TO EAA**
A) If the gun is a handgun and is owned by the original owner then the original owner
should send the gun back to EAA with $20.00 (return freight charge) for warranty
service. Please include all contact information including your phone number in letter
form and a copy of the purchase receipt along with the gun.
**NOTE** Please document and retain the serial number of the gun for your
records.
B) If the gun is a used handgun and the owner is not the original owner, then the factory
warranty is no longer valid. EAA will still service the used handgun, but there will be an
estimate for the repair. The process for this will require the gun to be returned to our
service department, please include all contact information including your phone number
in letter form for the service tech(s) to reach you with an estimate of service repair.
Please include $20.00 for return freight charge. The service tech(s) will not begin repair
work until the customer has been notified with an estimate for the repair.
**NOTE** Please document the serial number of the gun for your records
C) If it is a long gun and is owned by the original owner, the gun can be sent to EAA for
repair. This will require that the gun to be returned to our service department. Please
include all contact information including your phone number in letter form and a copy of
the purchase receipt. Please include $20.00 for return freight charge.

**NOTE** Some long guns only have a 1 year warranty.
D) If the gun is a used long gun and the owner is not the original owner, then the factory

6) How do I track my repair or find the status?
The serial number is required to check the status of the repair. Always document the serial
number of the gun before it is sent in for warranty/repair work. Service tech(s) try and repair
most guns within 30 days. We do not contact you when the repair is done. Instead, the gun will
be shipped back out to the address from which the gun was received. This is our service
department’s way of getting the gun repaired and back to the consumer in the shortest possible
time.
To track the gun status call 321-639-4842 M-F 7AM-4PM (EST). You must provide the serial
number of the gun for the status research.
7) Shipping Parts and Accessories outside of the US
We do not ship outside of the United States.
