We ship anywhere in the continental US. Some orders may take 7-10 days to leave our facility

Here at EAA we take your privacy very seriously. We will never share or sell you private information. All payment transactions are handled though a secure payment processor. The combination of both technologies enables us to safeguard your private information and to ensure that your transactions will be 100% secure.
Returns & Replacements
All returns may be assessed a 15% – 25% restocking charge. Special order merchandise specifically manufactured and/or customized to the purchaser’s specifications are non-cancelable. If the damages are caused in shipping we will request pictures of damaged package and review in order to make a determination, once determination is made we will proceed to create a claim with the shipping company.
To place an order, you will have to add items to your shopping cart, and follow the onscreen instructions during checkout. Enter your shipping address and contacts details, select your shipping and payment method and follow the email notifications as your order is processed. We recommend providing the serial number when purchasing any part from our website. A returned order resulting from failure to provide the proper information (example: serial number) will be assessed a 15% – 25% restocking fee.

You can view orders through our online store. It’s easy to check the status of your order by signing in to “My Account” for a summary of any orders you have placed online. By clicking on “My Orders” you’ll see your order number, the date the order was placed, order total, and the shipping status of your order.
Updating Account Information
Account information can be updated via the our storefront. If a shipping change needs to be made, immediately contact us. We strive to send out packages expeditiously so the sooner we can be notified the better chance it will be shipped to correct destination.
Credit Card Authorization
By submitting your order you acknowledge and agree that it may be necessary for EAA Corp to confirm the validity of the credit card information you provided. When this occurs, EAA Corp may request a temporary authorization hold for the approximate amount of your purchase, on your card. This authorization hold does not result in actual charges to your card until the order is ready to ship. The authorization hold will automatically expire based on guidelines established by your card issuer and if the order does not ship.
