If the gun is owned by the original owner then the original owner should send the gun back to EAA at:

Please include all contact information including your email address and phone number in letter form and a copy of the purchase receipt along with the gun.

*Please document and retain the serial number of the gun for your records.*

If the gun is a used handgun and the owner is not the original owner, then the factory warranty is no longer valid. EAA will still service the used handgun, but there will be an estimate for the repair. The service tech(s) will not begin repair work until the customer has been notified with an estimate for the repair.

LONG GUNS

If the long gun is owned by the original owner then the original owner should send the gun back to EAA at:

*Please document the serial number of the gun for your records. Some long guns only have a 1 year warranty.*

RETURN SHIPPING

A) Handguns: May be returned via USPS or UPS.  If returned via USPS Priority Mail the return freight is $30. If returned via UPS Next Day Air the return freight is $60.

B) Long Guns: Return freight is $30, shipped via UPS ground.

C) For the fastest return of your firearm: It is recommended that you include your email address, billing address, and phone number with your firearm when you ship it in for repair. This will help to expedite the return shipping process. If the information is not included along with your firearm, EAA Corp. service department will call to receive payment prior to return shipment. *Costs may vary depending on location and method of shipment. Costs listed above are an estimate and represent the typical return freight prices.**NOTE** We do NOT accept nor use prepaid return shipping labels.

WARRANTY

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

This European American Armory Corp. firearm is warranted to the original retail customer for Life from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. All parts and labor or replacement at our option is covered. Transportation to and from our repair facilities, government fees, damage caused by failure to perform normal maintenance, sales outside the United States, damage due to use of high velocity, high pressure, reloaded or other nonstandard ammunition, or any unauthorized repair, modification, misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product is not covered by this Limited Warranty. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose is limited to one year from date of original retail purchase. Consequential or incidental damages and/or expenses, or any other expenses are not covered by this warranty.

NOTICE: It is illegal to ship a firearm with ammunition in the firearm or in the same packaging. Firearms and ammunition must be shipped.

WARNING-ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS

Altering or modifying parts and/or internal safeties is dangerous and will void the warranty. This pistol was manufactured to perform properly with the original parts as designed. It is your duty to make sure any parts you buy are made for this firearm and are installed correctly and that neither the replacements nor originals are altered or changed. Your firearm is a complex precision tool with many parts that must relate correctly to other parts for proper and safe operation. Putting a firearm together wrong or with incorrect or modified parts can result in a damaged firearm, danger, and personal injury or death to you and others through malfunction. Always have a qualified gunsmith work on your firearm or at least check any work not performed by a gunsmith.
