The Girsan MC1911 Match Elite in .45 ACP is ready for every-day-carry, competition, on the job carry or just going to the range for fun. It’s also built on a super strong steel frame with steel slide the Match Elite is finished with a matte chrome finish and super grippy G10 Grips for positive control.
Furthermore, the Girsan MC1911 Match Elite comes with many excellent features. First off, these include a competition rear sight for maximum accuracy. As well as a competition style skeletonized trigger for a smooth pull and precise shot. Next, our G10 grips are made of a fiberglass based epoxy and are built tough and water resistant. In addition, we’ve added an extended beaver tail to prevent hammer bite and protect your hands from injury while firing the gun. Therefore the Match Elite is a tough firearm that’s equipped with all the essentials and has the power to perform at a high-level. Moreover, it’s versatile and effective with the flexibility to “Match” any encounter with an “Elite” status and powerful stopping power.

If the gun is a used handgun and the owner is not the original owner, then the factory warranty is no longer valid. EAA will still service the used handgun, but there will be an estimate for the repair. The service tech(s) will not begin repair work until the customer has been notified with an estimate for the repair.
LONG GUNS
If it is a long gun and is owned by the original owner, the gun can be sent to EAA for repair. This will require that the gun to be returned to our service department at:

RETURN SHIPPING
A) Handguns: If sent via A FFL Dealer, return freight is $20 and shipped via USPS. If not sent via an FFL holder, return freight is $60, shipped via UPS next day air. (This is the law)
B) Long Guns: Return freight is $20, shipped via UPS ground.
C) For the fastest return of your firearm: It is recommended that you include your email and billing address with your firearm when you ship it in for repair. This will help to expedite the return shipping process. If the information is not included along with your firearm, EAA Corp. service department will call to receive payment prior to return shipment.

Roger –
Its light trigger requires some getting used to. More controllable than my other 1911s. My Witness is a very close second. I like it’s DA/SA trigger because it allows for time to acquire the target; longer reset. This Elite Match required restraint until I became accustom to it’s very short reset and, of course, its very light trigger.
HVAC Trainer –
Really a well make pistol. Clean no rust on mine and the trigger was 3 lbs out of the box. Shoots really nice groups. This is better made than a lot of the other brands in this price range. I have shot and own a few 1911’s Very happy with the purchase.
Theren Aldrich –
Mine came with a 7lb trigger pull and alot of rust. After cleaning out the rust from under the grips in the magwell and many places inside the gun. I got the trigger pull down to 6lb. Seems to be a real good trigger other than the pull is ridiculas. Was advertised as a 2.5-3 lb pull, but the company doesn’t seem to take credit for that advertisement. The gun looks, and feels great, the take up is very minimal, and the reset is what you would expect on a competition trigger other than the pull.
