Description

The next-generation Girsan Double Stack Witness2311® CMX Series takes the 1911 platform to a new level. Built to be compatible with many 1911 slides, barrels, and parts, the CMX isn’t just another “double stack” trying to look the part, it’s a true evolution of the 1911 design, upgraded with match grade performance where it matters most.

EAA and Girsan are known for refining the original 1911, and the CMX proves it. By replacing the traditional 1911 grip safety with an Auto Firing Pin Block, the CMX achieves a slimmer, more streamlined grip module. A low profile magwell improves concealability, while aggressive all-around texturing delivers a locked in feel and control under pressure.

For modern carry setups, the CMX is ready out of the box. The slide is direct mount cut for the RMSc footprint, and the generous accessory rail gives you the flexibility to run your preferred lights or lasers. Finished off with a crisp, 4.5 lb max tuned trigger, the Witness2311® CMX is a smart choice for everyday carry.

*Please document and retain the serial number of the gun for your records.*

If the gun is a used handgun and the owner is not the original owner, then the factory warranty is no longer valid. EAA will still service the used handgun, but there will be an estimate for the repair. The service tech(s) will not begin repair work until the customer has been notified with an estimate for the repair.

Long Guns

If it is a long gun and is owned by the original owner, the gun can be sent to EAA for repair. This will require that the gun to be returned to our service department at:

Return Shipping

A) Handguns: If sent via A FFL Dealer, return freight is $20 and shipped via USPS. If not sent via an FFL holder, return freight is $60, shipped via UPS next day air. (This is the law)
B) Long Guns: Return freight is $20, shipped via UPS ground.
C) For the fastest return of your firearm: It is recommended that you include your email and billing address with your firearm when you ship it in for repair. This will help to expedite the return shipping process. If the information is not included along with your firearm, EAA Corp. service department will call to receive payment prior to return shipment.
