  1. VICTOR CONTRATTO

Got tired of the recoil and muzzle blast of a 12 gauge so I bought the 620 20 gauge pump. Before going to the range I field stripped, cleaned and oiled it. Then I cycled it about 50 times without ammo. At the range I shot about 15 3″” shells, about 20 @2 3/4″ shells, and about 10 2 3/4″ #3 buckshot shells. All ammo shot fine and the gun cycled like a pump should. For a home defense weapon It’s a good buy for the money. Seems to be a good solid weapon.

I’m new and the first time I shot the gun in a lesson it worked fine. When I went to the range by myself, the shell got caught hanging out and then the forend would not slide. Got it to slide and then it would not slide again. Fortunately a nice group of young men, two of them Marines, next to me realized I was having trouble and asked to help. They oiled the gun and it worked for the remainig shots. Have not had a chance to go back to the range. I hope this does not continue especially being a new shooter.

  3. Greg Buban

Assemble and apart 4 times prior to first shot. Got to the range and the barrel would not go into the receiver. Finally found the little burr that was the cause. A small file and fine sandpaper and all is well. 6 slugs, 3 00 buck and 20+ birdshot. No malfunctions. Now…I’d like to extend the mag tube. Anyone know if the threads are the same as a Rem 870? Or does Akkar make an extension?

  4. Joe Chvastek

Fails to eject frequently. Shell gets caught hanging out of mechanism. Have 50 rounds through it since bought 4 days ago and it failed to fully eject 6 times…very stiff loading. Will try more rounds over the next few days to see if issues decrease/ go away…..
